Niet iedereen met dezelfde lichaamslengte heeft namelijk dezelfde binnen beenlengte. Terwijl vooral je benen bepalen of je lekker én goed op een fiets zit. Volg deze stappen:- Stap 1: Ga met je rug tegen een muur staan en zet je voeten 20 centimeter uit elkaar.
- Stap 2: Meet vervolgens de maat tussen de grond en de kruishoogte.
- Stap 3: Vermenigvuldig je binnen beenlengte in centimeters met 0,68 voor de juiste framemaat.
